Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal. (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)

Work got in the way, do I could only run 8 miles on the TM today. So much for my "alternating Friday off".  Ran the first 2-miles in 15:50, then the next 5.5 miles in 39:10 (7:07/mile), then finished the run in 59:10.  Then did a 0.2 mile cool-down.  Guess I'll be running on Saturday.
